How To Burn Fat And Building Muscle!


When people start a diet program they usually lose a few pounds very fast, because most diet programs are created to offer you 'instant weight loss'. You were probably losing weight fast for the first weeks after you joined a new diet program, only to be stuck to a certain point later. It is sad but true that, these 'instant weight loss programs' are more often than not 'temporary' weight loss.



As I mentioned above you will probably lose weight very quickly for the first few weeks but after that, you will discover that the scale is not going down! You are stuck in the same position and not losing any more weight than what you have already lost! You have hit a commonly known situation as weight loss plateau!

In order to change it, the only way is a complete overhaul of your lifestyle habits!


I am sure you have done the same sets of exercises and eat the same menu over and over again during those first few weeks when you were losing weight. As a result your body got accustomed to your exercise and diet routine. At that point, your weight loss methods failed to bring any successful results!


You need to change your diet if you want to go beyond this point and really want to maximize your result.
You need to follow these two methods to get out of the weight loss plateau.

1. You basically limit the intake of calories to an abnormally low level if you count your calories, so counting calories is not the right way. There is no incentive for your body to increase your metabolic rate when you eat low calorie foods because it has to burn only a few calories. Still your metabolic rate always remains at a very low level. You aren't able to burn fat when your metabolic rate is low!

You need to forget about calorie counting in order to burn fat and lose weight successfully and make sure to eat enough so that your body is forced to keep your metabolic rate at a high level.Your body can get fuel from foods only in order to burn fat!

2. If you perform high intensity workouts daily then you lose weight. If you have been avoiding or have been doing only light exercises you need to exercise more in order to lose weight. Exercises are yet the most powerful way of increasing your metabolic rate. Try to love your exercises instead of avoid them.

If you follow these two methods you will soon be able to get the slim body you dream about!
